This course aims to prepare the students to be able to write (and speak) English with confident by equipping them with knowledge about the structures of words, phrases, clauses and sentence. The flow of the course begins with lessons about the internal structure of English words and their meaningful parts (Morphology) and then goes to how words are combined together to form phrases, phrases combined together to form larger phrases, clauses and sentences, and how clauses are combined together to form complex sentences. This knowledge will form a strong foundation for language skills in communication both receptive and productive.
