Number theory is a part of mathematics that is the basis for developing another branch of Algebra such as Linear Algebra, Abstract Algebra, Group Theory, etc. In applied mathematics, Number Theory is the basis for the development of Cryptography and Coding Theory. In this lecture, students are allowed to explore concepts related to mathematical proof, division algorithm, integer bases, congruences, etc.
